Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Solovair purchase, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition and packaged in the original footwear box.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the boots or shoes back in their original Solovair box and secure them inside a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
